White Rock Minerals Limited (ASX: WRM) – $0.021
11 Nov 2014
White Rock Minerals will commence a deep penetrating electrical geophysics ‘MIMDAS’ survey to finalise targets for the planned porphyry copper-gold drilling program at the Mt Carrington Project located in northern New South Wales.
The survey is designed to provide additional information on a number of porphyry targets interpreted beneath extensive near surface secondary copper mineralisation (Figure 1). The survey is anticipated to be completed by late November 2014 with drilling proposed to commence in December 2014.
The drilling program is supported by the recent $200,000 grant received from the NSW Government under its New Frontiers Cooperative Drilling Program. Funding is provided for up to 50% of direct drilling costs and is received on completion of the drilling program within a twelve month period.
