Kunene Resources Limited (ASX: KNE) has intersected copper-cobalt mineralisation at the Dolomite Ore Formation located in northwest Namibia (Figure 1).

Significant results include:
- 8.0 metres at 0.54% copper, 1137ppm cobalt and 0.53% zinc from 60.4 metres including 2.1 metres at 1.0% copper and 1012ppm cobalt from 60.4 metres
- 4.65 metres at 0.55% copper, 1153ppm cobalt and 0.59% zinc from 106.65 metres including 2.1 metres at 0.84% copper and 1129ppm cobalt from 106.65 metres
The company has defined the Dolomite Ore Formation horizon to have a mineralised strike length of at least 32km. Drilling confirms that the copper-cobalt mineralised areas are covered by alluvium and calcrete.
A follow up drilling program is in planning to understand the control of mineralisation and identify areas with high grade mineralisation.
