Cobre Montana NL (ASX: CXB) – $0.040

Cobre Montana NL (ASX: CXB) has announced its first lithium focused international expansion in the northwest of the Czech Republic.

 

The region, known as the Cinovec mine is one of Europe’s oldest continuous mined areas for tin (Figure 1). The company will test the commercial potential of a known lithium resource present at the mine site.

 

Under a Memorandum of Understanding with Cinovec’s owner European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX: EMH), the company will undertake test work over the next six months to assess the calibre of a JORC Inferred Resource of 37Mt grading at 0.8% Li2O at Cinovec.
